The Washington Nationals, in conjunction with Tickets.com, hosted Ticket Technology Days during the Nationals games on Friday, July 11th at 7:35 p.m. and Saturday, July 12th at 7:10 p.m. The event showcased Added Value tickets, Mobile Phone tickets, and other current ticketing technology available to both season and single ticket holders. When purchasing tickets in select seating areas at Nationals Park, fans will have additional value on their tickets. This added value can be redeemed at any concession or merchandise location inside Nationals Park. The technology is enabled by Tickets.com, a leading provider of ticketing solutions, and is just one of many advanced ticketing technologies in place at Nationals Park.
In addition to a hands-on demonstration of Added Value tickets, the event will also showcase My Nationals Tickets, an online management tool designed for season ticket holders to easily manage and track their use of tickets throughout the season on nationals.com. Tickets@PhoneTM, introduced in 2007 for the Nationals regular season, will also be demonstrated, as well as Tickets@Home®, a feature that allows ticket holders to print their own tickets, and Nationals Ticket Kiosks.
